This story goes all the way back to November 2016. It started with a simple invite to Waycross Georgia. Jason purchased some property next to Megan’s family members, and during a boring Saturday, Megan drove to check it out. After a long day riding trails on four wheelers, and sitting by a bomb fire, Jason and Megan both realized there was no denying the chemistry they shared. Pretty soon they were texting regularly which eventually turned into planning dates. Their first official date was a concert at the landing, this place sadly no longer exists, but the memories from that night will never diminish. After that the two of them were inseparable, eventually moving in together and sharing adventures. Jason enjoyed flying Megan out to the west coast to show her his stomping grounds. Pretty soon months turned into years, and in the year 2021 they made the big jump and bought a house together. Things were just beginning to settle from the big move when Megan soon found herself pregnant, and on May 17th, 2023 Abel Daniel Figueras made his arrival. Only two months after that Jason got down on one knee and asked Megan to take his hand in which she rolled her eyes and said “About dang time”. They have enjoyed being engaged and are so excited to be surrounded by all their close friends and family as they join together as one.
